How to use
1. Prepare your nails with UV BASE COAT, UV COLOR GEL.
2. Apply No-wipe UV TOP COAT, and wait it dry.
3. Use eye Shadow stick to pick the powder and apply it onto your nails
4. Repeat the step until you're satisfied with the effect.
